Dear Mr. Keesee,

This letter is in response to your communication faxed to the Little Rock office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on 07/29/1998. The threats you received, from Thailand via the Internet e-mail, based upon your theory that the Kevin Ives and Don Henry murders were connected to a major drug smuggling operation was presented to the United States Attorney's Office. The United States Attorney has declined prosecution in this matter. As a consequence, the FBI will not be conducting an investigation in this matter.

Your communication will be placed on file in the Little Rock FBI office for future reference.

Sincerely yours,
